Responsibilities :

  • Build relationships & create customers for life. We have a strong focus on exemplary customer service.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest vehicle technology.
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Provide excellent vehicle delivery to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
  • Follow-up after the sale with buyers to ensure referral business and customer satisfaction.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring your A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.
  • Experienced Sales People will reap the rewards of the most aggressive sales person pay plan in Tri-Cities, WA.

Qualifications :

Available to work flexible hours & weekends

Minimum of 3 years automotive sales experience required.

Ready to hit the ground running on learning vehicle and product information

Fantastic communication skills with your customers and co-workers

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Clean driving record

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
