Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
- Completing routine maintenance on customer’s vehicles.
- Communicate directly with the Express Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Executing services under warranty maintenance to manufacturer specifications
- Completing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an express maintenance technician preferred but not required.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license
