Description
- Assist with staffing hourly and salary positions.
- Assist Team Members with questions, issues and concerns
- Completion of exit interviews and termination process.
- Assist Team Members with annual open enrollment, opinion surveys, and more
- Completion of wage and benefit surveys.
- Benefit and policy presentation in new hire orientation.
- Perform investigations as needed.
- Completion of unemployment claims and hearings.
- Communication creation and distribution.
- Daily management of absence documentation & Leaves.
- Perform training and become a Certified Work-Life Plan trainer
- Participation in Team Member Appreciation and Community Relations events.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Paycom experience preferred.
- Confidential record keeping
- Daily plant floor walks to interact with team members and observe environment.
- Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager/Manager of the department.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in management or human resources is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources or professional office experience. Education may be considered in lieu of experience.
- Proficient personal computer and system software skills. Experience with Paycom and Excel is a plus.
