Role Description
This is a part-time in office role for a Client Services Advisor based in Madison, AL. The Client Services Advisor will assist clients with their trading needs, manage client accounts, ensure clients receive exceptional customer service, and facilitate successful trades. This role includes daily outbound calls to clients, handling incoming client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on utilizing Tradebank's services effectively.
