\This role involves overseeing the applications that support the Merchandising Department's operations and processes, including developing product roadmaps, writing product definitions, and driving cross-functional execution.
\You will also be responsible for establishing performance goals, developing measurable performance standards, and monitoring progress on projects and Kaizens.
\To succeed in this role, you should have:
\- At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech or trading industry
- Strong technical skills, including experience with product roadmaps, business process improvement, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff
- An advanced degree in Product Management or equivalent work experience
