Overview
Traditions of America, a nationally-recognized developer of 55 lifestyle communities across the Mid-Atlantic Region, seeks an experienced individual to manage land planning, entitlements, predevelopment permitting, approvals, municipal public meetings and due diligence for its future communities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend and present on behalf of Traditions of America at public meetings
- Manage outside engineers and consultants
- Manage all governmental permits and approvals
Requirements and Experience
- Licensed Engineer or equivalent experience
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Significant municipal experience required
- Travel required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
