This role demands reps to be strategic, sales-focused, operationally diligent, and relationship-based. Carrier Reps at TransLoop play a vital role in identifying opportunities and developing strong relationships with service providers.
What You'll Do
- Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships – lead generation, referrals, and prospective
- Maintain constant contact with carriers
- Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence.
- Leverage our leading tech platform
- Give exceptional customer service every day
What You'll Need
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in flatbed carrier sales or flatbed logistics operations
- Deep knowledge of flatbed modes, market behavior, and industry-specific regulations
- Strong carrier network and established industry relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced brokerage or 3PL environment preferred
