Metrology Specialist
We are seeking a Metrology Specialist to support a project ensuring calibration and compliance of critical utilities and building systems in a cGMP environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the master instrument list and calibration parameters
- Perform, coordinate, and document calibration activities for utilities and systems (HVAC, WFI, EMS, BAS, compressed air, autoclaves, water systems)
- Schedule vendor services and review calibration certificates
- Maintain audit-ready records in SAP or equivalent CMMS
- Support project meetings, training completion, and metrology lab organization
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of metrology/calibration experience in FDA-regulated (cGMP) environments
- Experience calibrating pressure, temperature, flow, level, and pH/conductivity instruments
Compliance & Systems
- Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP, GDP, and industry standards (ISPE GAMP, ISO, USP, ASTM)
- Experience with SAP PM, ProCal, or Blue Mountain RAM preferred
