We are hiring an experienced Metrology Specialist for a critical on-site project at our GTIC facility in Philadelphia. This role supports calibration execution, audit readiness, and cGMP compliance across critical utilities and building systems.
Mandatory Skills:
Experience in facility and utility calibration.
Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP, GDP, and industry standards ISPE GAMP, ISO, USP, ASTM.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Master Instrument List
Execute and document calibration activities for utilities and process systems (BAS, EMS, PCS/TCUs, WFI, HVAC, compressed air, autoclaves, water systems, etc.)
Schedule and coordinate calibration activities and vendors
Review calibration certificates and maintain audit-ready documentation
Enter and manage calibration data in SAP CMMS or equivalent
Qualifications
3 years of metrology/instrument calibration experience in FDA-regulated (cGMP) environments
Hands-on calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH/conductivity instruments

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $50 - $55 per hour on W2.
