This position is available in Lincoln (Nebraska), Omaha (Nebraska), and Pennington (New Jersey)
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Client Champion you will:
- Provide world-class support to potential and existing customers via email, web-chat, and phone to ensure they have the best possible Travefy experience
- Provide personal training sessions for users, ensuring they are making the most of Travefy's software
- Write FAQs, create videos, or other documentation to help users help themselves when using Travefy
- Collect user feedback, bugs, or other issues to share with the product team

Requirements
- You are a strong written and verbal communicator
- You have clear experience in a customer-facing or support role
- Experience with SaaS technology, the travel industry or Intercom is a plus!
