Compensation
The typical starting salary range for this position is: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
The actual salary offer will consider multiple factors, including skills, experience, education, and location. Please note that the salary reflects the base amount only and does not include total compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and benefits.

- Generate invoices and post payments from the accounting system
- Follow up with customers on current and past due invoices while following the collection procedure.
- Establish payment plans with past-due accounts
- Support optimizing processes for new orders, amendments, and terminations
- Effectively communicate with customers and the internal stakeholders
- Document all activity and customer communications in CRM
- Accurately review and process sales orders and subscriptions to ensure compliance
- Retrieve and integrate files from the billing and accounting system
- Backup support for the Contract Specialist, including creating, submitting, and troubleshooting sales contracts
- Follow all billing team best practices and company policies
- Proactively support the finance team with special projects, internal & external audits, and detailed reconciliations related to customers, contracts, billing, and collections
- This hybrid role requires some in-office time in Cottage Grove, Minnesota
- Great interpersonal skills and adaptability
- 1 years of experience with accounting tools/software generating invoices and posting payments
- Knowledge of Excel and/or Google Suite
- Strong computer skills with Email, G-Suite, Internet, Netsuite, Suitebilling and ideally CRM Systems
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
- A college degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience working for a SaaS company and/or in the hospitality industry is a bonus
