What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bioskills Lab Technician position at Treace Medical Concepts, Inc?
As a Bioskills Lab Technician, you will report to the Medical Education Manager and will be responsible for supporting Medical Education and Marketing programs. You will have the ability to support local and offsite surgeon cadaveric bioskills training events.
What you will be responsible for:
- Equip and organize local lab facilities. Clean, process, and coordinate supplies for off-site cadaveric labs
- Provide support for Marketing programs such as national/regional trade shows, development of product demo models, and maintenance of medical education-related databases
- Participate in onsite surgeon training and R&D cadaveric labs from set up to clean up
- Decontaminate and organize equipment, instrumentation, and disposables following each event
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain appropriate levels of lab equipment and instrumentation
What you will bring to the role:
- High school diploma required; associates or bachelors preferred
- One (1) year experience working in an operating room, laboratory, or medical facility
- Event planning, conferences, and trade shows highly preferred
