Qualifications
Responsibilities:

Execute setup of banquet rooms according to event specifications, arranging tables, chairs, linens, and décor to create a welcoming and functional space.

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, including buffet setup, serving plated meals, and managing beverage service.

Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a memorable and positive dining experience.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, managing table clearing, spill cleanup, and table resetting efficiently.

Collaborate with kitchen staff and other banquet team members to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of food and beverages.

Participate in the breakdown of events, ensuring equipment, linens, and supplies are properly packed and stored.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, promoting a safe dining environment for guests and a healthy workspace for staff.

Other duties as required.
Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.

Physically able to lift and carry 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Previous experience in banquet, event service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Exceptional customer service mindset with a passion for creating delightful guest experiences.
