What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Tri-City Pediatric Cardiology?
Full time Medical Receptionist needed for a Pediatric Cardiology Office. Employee will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, checking in and checking out patients, scanning and maintaining medical records, verifying insurance, obtaining insurance authorizations and benefits, and other tasks as assigned. Employee must have a strong knowledge of the insurance and pre-authorization process. Some travel may be required between offices. Benefits including PTO, retirement plans provided.
