What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Tri-Mation Industries?
Tri-Mation has a great opportunity for an experienced Program Manager. The ideal candidate will work with our team to develop, prioritize, and execute projects to meet timelines and budget; create engineer flow charts; create BOM's from mechanical and electrical prints; recommend maintenance schedules and actively adjust to customer needs; generate manuals and finalizing documentation; oversee and monitor program needs, customer expectations and manage change from beginning to end; coordinate weekly updates with customers; create compliance, safety and risk management documentation and complete CSME certification training. You need to be driven, conscientious, responsive, detailed-oriented and a team player.
The ideal candidate must have: 1) Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical experience; 2) experience in continuous process improvement & project management skills; 3) advanced math and precision measuring skills with a strong mechanical aptitude; 4) ability to maintain and increase technical knowledge; 5) ability to read and understand blueprints; 6) ability to create and understand needs for production lines; 7) must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
Other experience and education that are good to have include; 1) five (5) years of production experience; 2) at least two (2) years with capital project management; 3) experience with industrial controls, automation systems or PLC programming; 4) experience training, coaching or mentoring others.

Salary : $61,600 - $103,000
