Triad offers an excellent compensation package with hourly rates that begin at $21.25 / hour. There is a monthly incentive of up to $500.00 and a Career Path, based off performance. This will be an in-office position.

At Triad Financial Services, we are looking for our Customer Service Representatives to have the following skills and experience :
- Experience : 1-2 years customer service experience preferably in the mortgage industry
- Escrow account knowledge
- Skills : MSP / Blacknight, MS Office : Excel, Word, Outlook, Able to navigate across network, Windows PC proficient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Professional and welcoming phone etiquette required
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard practices
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to abide by a strict attendance policy
