Funding Processor
Below are the basic, essential responsibilities and duties of the position.
- Understanding and reviewing signed loan closing documents for accuracy
- Defecting and gathering missing items from corresponding Dealers, Brokers or Borrowers
- Reviewing and clearing pending conditions and/or sending back needed conditions to underwriter
- Reviewing Hazard and Flood Insurance
- Organize loan package and complete final audit to send to end lender for review
- Timely and accurate data entry into loan tracking system
- Requesting Checks and Loan Balancing
- Scanning Documents into system
- Must maintain close relationships with our manufactured home dealers, Brokers, Borrowers, various Lenders and Vendors
- Perform Related Duties as assigned by Manager
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Loan processing experience recommended but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining high level of accuracy
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
1 years of experience is preferred. This is a full time role. The hourly pay range is $19 - $21 depending on experience.
