Position Overview
Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Loan Administration Analyst to join our growing team. This role will encompass evaluation of reporting solutions where focus is on developing exception reporting for various tasks completed by the Loan Administration Team. This job also recommends improvements to the existing processes and exception reports.
Essential Functions :
- Participate in execution of department or functional strategy : offer approaches, recommendations and / or processes to accomplish goal
- Manage activities, monitor details, and priorities
- Reviews root cause analysis and provides necessary resolution
- Escalate Issues and risks appropriately, collaborate with Director for resolution and recurrence prevention
- Identifies, documents, and shares best practices with team and partners
- Back up for daily loan boarding from Encompass to MSP. Ensuring data accuracy, compliance adherence, efficient processes, and communicating issues, concerns, and daily emails with loans counts.
- Work daily exception reporting containing incorrect / erroneous data transactions that are outside the criteria of the report(s). The exception reports are monitored daily for criteria changes and other anomalies that could occur.
- Back up for the Convert to Perm process start to finish. Work loan through created task that are needed for each loan and validate all in the reporting SharePoint.
- Back up for the Loan Maintenance SharePoint to when Origination loan details needed to be updated. Update loan data in MSP per SharePoint.
- Back up for managing the Charge Off SharePoint when charge off approvals are issued. Update loan data in MSP per SharePoint.
Minimum Qualifications :
