Our Punch Technicians make dreams come true by focusing on all the details of readying vacant units for new residents before they move in. Removing trash from vacant units repairing items in all units as needed is part of your work duties. Additional responsibilities are the use of your keen eye for things that need to be replaced along with problem solving and troubleshooting skills to help keep emergency repairs at a minimum. If you are a people person who enjoys customer service as well as someone who takes pride in every aspect of your work, then this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities and Duties
- Properly and efficiently complete assigned apartment turns
- Help with scheduling and completion of make ready units
- Work with the service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times
- Adhere to Tribridge Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist with the preventative program that minimizes emergency repairs, service requests, and the utilization of outside contractors
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure safe practices
- Maintain professional, polite customer service and coworker relationships
- Participate in company training classes and meetings as required
- Maintain excellent customer service relationship
- Other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor
