Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Raleigh, NC, for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of the property, including resident relations, lease administration, property upkeep, and budget management. Responsibilities include supervising onsite staff, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, addressing maintenance needs, and coordinating leasing and marketing strategies. The Property Manager will also analyze financial performance, lead initiatives to improve property value, and contribute to an excellent resident experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, lease administration, and financial management
- Strong communication, customer service, and resident relations skills
- Proven ability to supervise, manage, and motivate a team
- Proficiency in property management software and office tools
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Knowledge of leasing strategies, marketing tactics, and local housing regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
