Summary

Our client is seeking a PMO Manager to establish, lead, and continuously improve the Project Management Office. This senior-level role ensures projects and programs are delivered effectively and efficiently, aligning with strategic objectives while overseeing project governance, methodology, resource allocation, and performance tracking across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PMO vision and strategic plan aligned with organizational goals.
• Define and maintain project management frameworks, policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Oversee selection, prioritization, and balancing of projects to maximize value delivery.
• Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects within scope and budget.
• Build collaborative relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10 years of project/program management experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience developing project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex, cross-functional projects and portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align PMO work with organizational strategy.
• Change leadership skills for managing organizational transformation.
• Proficiency in project management software and digital collaboration platforms.
• Strong analytical acumen for data analysis and performance reporting.
