Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PMO vision and strategic plan aligned with organizational goals.
- Define and maintain project management frameworks, policies, standards, and methodologies.
- Oversee selection, prioritization, and balancing of projects to maximize value delivery.
- Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects within scope and budget.
- Build collaborative relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10 years of project/program management experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience developing project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex, cross-functional projects and portfolios.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align PMO work with organizational strategy.
