Responsibilities
- Plan and book cruise vacations for clients across major cruise lines (ocean, river, and expedition)
- Research itineraries, ports of call, and onboard amenities to match client preferences
- Provide recommendations for pre- and post-cruise travel (flights, hotels, transfers, excursions)
- Manage all aspects of the booking process through approved partner systems
- Stay updated on cruise line promotions, loyalty programs, and destination trends
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all bookings
- Deliver top-tier customer service before, during, and after travel
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service preferred (but not required)
- Knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations a plus (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using booking systems and online tools
