- Coordinate all aspects of bookings including flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, and excursions
- Stay current on destination updates, travel requirements, and tourism trends
- Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and vendors
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Ensure accurate documentation and prompt follow-up on client inquiries
- Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service preferred (training provided)
