Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder with a proven track record of academic achievement
- Distinguished athletic background (Olympic level, national/world championship experience, professional/semi-professional career, or Division 1 collegiate athletics)
- Natural ability to inspire and motivate, with a magnetic personality that draws out the best in others
- Passionate advocate for holistic development, skilled in translating athletic principles into life lessons
- Ready to join our Austin, TX campus by July 2024
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Previous experience molding young minds in educational or sports coaching environments
- Academic foundation in psychology, education, or related fields that enhance your mentorship capabilities
