This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Cultivate and mentor a team of exceptional Guides who will bring the Alpha learning methodology to life with unparalleled excellence
- Design and develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that capture best practices for student facilitation, engagement strategies, and effective problem-solving approaches
- Deliver targeted, growth-oriented feedback that empowers Guides to continuously enhance student outcomes and experience
- Personally coach a select group of students, showcasing exemplary facilitation techniques that inspire both students and Guides
- Creating traditional curriculum—our adaptive technology handles content delivery, allowing you to focus on developing exceptional facilitators
- Compromising on excellence—our 100% mastery standard is non-negotiable, and you'll be the guardian of that quality
- Conducting passive or theoretical training—your development sessions will be dynamic, practical, and immediately applicable

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline—we value diverse educational backgrounds
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields
- Track record of creating and implementing forward-thinking educational programs or training initiatives
- Exceptional team leadership abilities with demonstrated success in building and inspiring high-achievement cultures
- Substantial experience working with youth aged 5-18 in educational or developmental settings
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement
- Commitment to working on-site at our Austin or Plano, Texas locations
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
