This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. What You Will Be Doing
- Architect world-class training systems that transform our Guides into exceptional learning facilitators who consistently deliver on Alpha's educational promises
- Develop comprehensive Guide Playbooks that codify best practices, learning facilitation techniques, and proven strategies for navigating complex student challenges
- Implement data-driven coaching frameworks that provide Guides with precise, actionable feedback to measurably improve student engagement and achievement
- Directly mentor select student cohorts, modeling elite coaching techniques that your Guide team will adopt and scale across the organization
- Creating traditional curriculum - our adaptive technology handles content delivery; your expertise focuses on developing the human elements that make learning transformative
- Accepting mediocrity - at Alpha, 100% mastery isn't aspirational, it's our standard. Your role demands maintaining this high bar, not lowering it
- Conducting passive professional development - your training approaches must be as innovative and engaging as the learning experiences we create for students
Build and lead a team of exceptional educational Guides who consistently implement Alpha's revolutionary learning system with uncompromising excellence, directly enabling measurable, transformative outcomes for every student we serve.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated excellence in education, learning and development, coaching, or related field
- Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs or training initiatives that achieved measurable results
- Exceptional leadership abilities with evidence of building and motivating high-performing teams
- Substantive experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental capacities
- Advanced proficiency analyzing performance data and implementing metrics-driven improvement systems
- Commitment to working on-site at our Austin, TX, or Plano, TX campus
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
