What You Will Be Doing

• Crafting and leading initiatives to engage parents across multiple campuses, fostering genuine advocacy rather than mere satisfaction.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for serious parent concerns, resolving issues without compromising our educational model.
• Managing regional parent crises with composure, reinforcing community solidarity and alignment.
• Tracking parent sentiment and identifying potential issues early to prevent escalation.
• Establishing robust parent networks that autonomously champion and disseminate Alpha’s educational philosophy.

Director Of Parent Advocacy Key Responsibilities

Develop fiercely loyal parent communities that advocate for Alpha, bolster enrollment growth, and proactively defend the model's standards and mission.

Basic Requirements

• Located in the U.S. with legal authorization to work without sponsorship
• Willingness to travel to Alpha campuses as needed (West Coast or Midwest-based candidates preferred for travel convenience)
• 5 years in stakeholder management, grassroots organizing, or community mobilization
• Proven ability to influence high-pressure or skeptical audiences without compromising the mission
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills under pressure
• Strong belief in Alpha’s innovative model and readiness to defend it against challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
