- Shape Our Communication Strategy: Contribute to our evolving FAQ, identify trends in family concerns, and collaborate with marketing and admissions to refine our messaging.
- Chasing Conversion Metrics: Our focus is on quality over quantity. You won't be pressured to convert every lead, but to find the perfect matches for Alpha's innovative approach.
- Aggressive Sales Tactics: Leave the hard-sell techniques behind. We value balanced, informative communication over pushy pitches.
Senior Inside Sales Representative key responsibilities
- Proven Track Record: Bring at least 2 years of B2C or D2C consultative sales experience, showcasing your ability to provide high-touch customer engagement.
- Communication Virtuoso: Demonstrate your exceptional ability to engage, educate, and inspire parents through your polished and professional communication style.
