We are looking for a dedicated Regional Director of Operations (RDO) who is responsible for ensuring clinical compliance, overseeing operations and ensuring each building is managed to the projected budget. The RDO will report directly to the President.

Essential Duties
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years operations and clinical success, in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industry
- Excellent organizational, time-management and computer skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills?
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt
- Valid driver’s license & car Insurance and the ability to regularly travel throughout the territory
- Work independently, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, and be a positive leader??
- Demonstrate practical interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills??
- Maintain good working relationships with residents and co-workers??
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)??
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned??
