Greet our guests with warm hospitality.

Assist our Private Events Manager with bookings and coordination.

Have phone educate and customer service skills.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
- Provide menus and answer any initial questions about the menu or restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Manage the waitlist and seating chart to ensure efficient seating of guests
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Assist with taking reservations and managing phone calls
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Monitor dining room for seating availability, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with composure
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and ability to handle phone inquiries efficiently
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
