Trissential is currently seeking an Organizational Change Leader to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
Position Summary:
- The Organizational Change Manager works with client leadership and subject matter experts in creating and implementing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage.
- Depending on the size and effect of the change, your role will vary from consultative to dedicated change leader on numerous initiatives.
- You will educate your collaborators on change management activities and best practices.
- The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind, cares about the employee experience and a proven ability to assist in implementing changes across the enterprise.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Guide adoption of various Change Management Frameworks from application to enterprise change through the implementation of OCM principals
- Manage multiple change projects at once, report on progress, and ensure accurate expectations are set and met
- Assess current change management capabilities and client maturity
- Evaluate change effort and work independently, or as part of a team, to create and/or assist with the design and development of a prioritized, future-state roadmap for implementation; includes a business case and ROI
- Develop utilization goals, success metrics and tools to evaluate and measure utilization
- Create and execute communication and training plans and tools to all levels of the organization, including executive audiences
- Develop organizational design recommendations and identify key change agents
- Present and refine recommendations with executive leadership and stakeholders
- Coach others and equip them to be successful
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Organizational Change Leader with proven leadership and delivery experience including:
- Change Readiness Approaches
- Change Impact Assessments
- Communication Planning & Execution
- Training Design & Development
- Mobile Workforce Management experience desired
- Pragma CAD experience is desired

- Ability to participate in meetings and interact effectively with various constituents and drive to consensus and resolution of questions/issues
- Experience with traditional project/program management as well as Agile teams
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office applications, especially Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
- Strong verbal, written communication, and negotiating skillsets
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively

Experience
- 10 years of professional experience as Project Manager
- 5 years of professional experience in Organizational Change Management
- Experience engaging and connecting with a wide array of audiences with the ability to use multiple channels and techniques to do so
- Experience evaluating risk and impact to determine the appropriate change strategies for a project
- Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate
- Proven success in operating in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in project management tools
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
