Summary: Assist and support the TFCU investment and insurance services program (TFI&IS), including creating, preparing and distributing communications and coordinating marketing activities, manage coordination of seminar programs, coordinate member participation and provide administrative support to the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide administrative support for the financial planning program and the TFI&IS Representative(s), including working closely with CUNA Mutual Group on account paperwork, member information changes, questions, etc.
- Assists in the coordination and support of the Representatives' daily tasks
- Manage financial planning program referrals. Follows up with the members and prospective members on the referrals.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain monthly member and prospect mailings
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including promotion announcements, merchandising instructions, and other information related to financial planning program functions
- Coordinates marketing activities, including the ordering of statement inserts, brochures, etc. for financial planning program based on the marketing plan
- Represent the Credit Union and the financial planning program at sponsor facilities
- Responsible for inventory control of materials for the financial planning program
- Manage financial planning seminar program, including planning and maintenance of seminar schedule, distribution of marketing materials, set-up of seminar locations, and attendance at seminars to assist with member check-in and questions.
- Assist with financial planning direct mail projects.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for financial planning-related projects and may present them to members as needed.
- Manage the update of seminar and other program information on TFCU Intranet, Internet and CUNA websites.
