**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth operation of our office environment, supporting administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office procedures. **Responsibilities:** - Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones - Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars - Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails - Coordinate and organize office activities and operations to secure efficiency - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist in resolving any administrative problems - Maintain a clean and organized office environment **Requirements:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred - Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office setting where you can utilize your administrative skills.
