Position Overview
Lead the strategic direction and execution of all marketing initiatives for Troyer Post Buildings—driving brand consistency, optimizing lead generation, and elevating customer engagement. You’ll own high-level planning, campaign management, performance analytics, and eventually bring SEO and website management fully in-house while partnering closely with the Marketing Specialist and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to aggressive growth goals.
Mentor and develop the Marketing Specialist; coordinate content and social media calendars.
Plan and manage digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Assume full ownership of SEO and website management from third-party vendors.
Build email and drip campaigns to nurture prospects.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Design, and Leadership to align messaging and gather content.
Oversee content calendar; capture on-site media as needed.
Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and optimize campaigns.
Order and manage branded merchandise inventory.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
3 years in a marketing leadership role (preferred).
