Dr. John Lupini at True Orthodontics, PC. (formerly known as Drs. Hunter and Lupini, PC.) is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to deliver excellent service to our patients. You must be amazing, upbeat, friendly, outgoing, and a real people person. This job is centered on people skills and going above and beyond for our patients and practice. This job is high volume multi-tasking, so it is important that any candidate be able to maintain a bright smile, a friendly greeting, and a polished look no matter how busy the days get while maintaining critical system accuracy.
We are a well-established and stable orthodontic practice established in 1954. We are Truly patient-centered, focus on maintaining the highest-quality orthodontic results, and put our patients first before ourselves! We want a candidate who shares this vision and desires a long-term position with our Truly amazing team at True Orthodontics, PC.
Orthodontic knowledge is absolutely preferred but not required. This position is primarily administrative. However, you must be willing to cross-train in all areas of the practice as needed, including not being afraid to learn sterilization, X-rays, scanning, and orthodontic treatment. This is a M_F Position and offers no remote work.

- Carestream/Orthotrac Experience a major plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Live Chat and social media management experience preferred
