Proposal Coordinator

Join a team that loves to win! Our growing and creative marketing team is looking for an experienced Proposal Coordinator. The successful candidate will bring experience in the A/E/C industry, a history of proposal management, and strong writing skills. The Proposal Coordinator collaborates with members of the marketing team, business development, firm staff, and consultants to develop and produce best-in-class, winning proposals. This role has a rewarding part in the growth and success of the company! An ideal candidate has industry knowledge, is highly organized, able to meet hard deadlines, and consistently displays teamwork, service ethic, results-orientation, and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

Proposals

• Prepare and produce responses to Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/RFPs).
• Manage content, layout, proofreading, editing and overall quality control.
• Lead team meetings and capture the proposal plan.

CRM

• Maintain CRM system as it relates to marketing and business development.
• Produce marketing reports of project data from CRM system.

Other

• Maintain marketing data including new projects, current projects, and project library.
• Other tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  5 years minimum of marketing experience for an A/E/C firm
• Bachelors in marketing, communications, or journalism preferred
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
• Experience producing proposals in organizational and process management capacity

• Demonstrated design sense and graphic design expertise

• Strong accountability and ownership of product

• Demonstrated creativity and flexibility in solving problems
• Excellent organizational skills
