Our client located on the north side of Madison is looking for a temporary AR Specialist to help out their team! They need someone who can help out 4 hours/day for a total of 20 hours/week. Responsibilities:
- Verify information on invoices
- Cash receipts, apply and validate cash
- Run AR aging reports and collection outreach (via phone and email)
- Answer incoming questions .
Requirements:
- 2 years working with AR or collections preferred
- Degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Immediate availability
