Our manufacturing company in Mequon is seeking a temporary Staff Accountant to join their team immediately for the next 2-3 months. The ideal professional will have strong reconciliation skills and prior manufacturing accounting experience preferred. This position is 100% in the office and 40 hours per week. Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end close including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations.
- Support daily cash management, including AR, AP, and assisting with payroll activities.
- Participate in monthly forecasting processes.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of accounting experience.
- Prior experience working with accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong reconciliation experience.
- Detail-oriented and self-starter.
- Experience working with ERP systems; IQMS would be a plus.
- Prior manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
Salary : $30 - $40
