We are looking for Mortgage Loan Officers to evaluate, screen, and submit loan applications. You will act as liaison between customers and our in-house processing team and you will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in the mortgage industry
- Non-QM experience preferred
- Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Well organized
Responsibilities
- Responds to all leads and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Interviews applicants and requests specified information for loan applications. Enters application information into Salesforce and LendingPad.
- Analyzes applicant's financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine available mortgage product that best fits the needs of the applicant.
- Assists borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs.
- Obtains required information to submit the loan for processing. Keeps the applicant updated on loan status as well as communicating pricing and rate lock options.
- Interacts with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Ensures all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Maintains an active rolling pipeline of funding per TFG guidelines.
- Works closely with borrowers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements.
