Your Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at TrustCare, you’ll be a vital part of the patient care experience. Working closely with our providers and care teams, you’ll bring warmth, skill, and efficiency to every interaction. From clinical support and medication administration to patient education and diagnostics, you’ll help ensure that our care is not only thorough—but also caring.

What You’ll Do
• Welcome patients with compassion and help gather vital health information to guide their care
• Support providers during exams, procedures, and treatments, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients
• Administer medications safely and document thoroughly under provider orders
• Conduct and assist with various clinical and lab tests, always following OSHA and CLIA safety standards
• Perform occupational health screenings such as drug screens, DOT/non-DOT physicals, and respiratory fit testing (training provided!)
• Ensure all medical instruments are properly sterilized and that exam rooms are well-stocked and ready
• Help with referrals, pre-certifications, and prior authorizations to support patients in receiving timely care
• Manage and document patient specimens, ensuring accuracy and care in every step
• Promote a culture of safety and help reduce the risk of errors by following established protocols
• Pitch in wherever needed—because at TrustCare, we believe great care is a team effort
Qualifications

Qualifications to Shine
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Mississippi
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess, plan, and implement care based on individual needs
- A solid understanding of patient safety and clinical risk protocols
- Comfort using electronic medical records (EMR experience is a plus!)
- A professional, dependable, and respectful attitude—always
Position Details & Work Environment
- Type of Role: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
- Work Environment: Fast-paced clinic setting with frequent walking, standing, and light lifting
- Schedule: Rotation 3/2 split
