**Experience:• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required certifications cannot expire the same month as the potential start date to apply.
Roles requiring state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits
Must be able to float to Microbiology and do Phlebotomy
3 evening shifts 12pm-8:30pm, 2, day shifts, 8am-4:30pm unless it’s a weekend, a weekend which is a 12 hour shift 6:00am to 6:00pm.
Shift times: Varies
No on-call
Maximum days off: 10 days
2 references from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver's license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• MT/MLS (Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist)
