**Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Experience:• 10 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Shift: Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday
Must be competent in OR, ER fluoro and general diagnostic radiology.
RTO must be listed at time of submittal
Floating: Unless specifically stated otherwise, travelers will be expected to float to like units within their scope, as needed based on facility needs. Travelers will receive brief orientation on the unit.
Modules are completed onsite during orientation
Modules are recorded via transcripts
BLS from RQI, or American Safety and Health Institute are also accepted
2 references from last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• (R) (Registered Technologist - Radiography)
