**Experience:• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Outpatient Clinic experience is required from last 4 years.
• Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Guaranteed Hours 40
Shift: Varied 8s or 10s, 8a-5p, 7a-6p
Floating Requirements: will float to different primary care departments- Peds, Family, OB, walk-in, Internal Med
Beds/rooms: 20 provider pods
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Primary care clinic- newborns to geriatrics, skin biopsy, circumcision, wart removal, occasional stitches, splinting
Experience or 'Must have' skills: Clinic experience preferred
EMR: AEHR and Meditech
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.
RTO needed upfront - Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Scrub color/dress code: Black scrub pants & light blue top
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required
