Travel (RN) - Pediatric Dialysis Unit

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Pediatric Dialysis Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months. Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season. Mon-Sat. With call 2-3x a week Education Requirements: Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. 7 days maximum time off 2 references from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required Certifications:

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
