• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details: On call: Call would occur starting after their shift 1 day/week example: Monday work 0700-1930 call would start when the shift ends, on call 1931 until 0600 the following morning this would be for emergency treatments only Years of experience REQ: 2 years of acute HD & PD dialysis experience. First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Experience required: HD & PD dialysis experience. Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) Yes Unit information: This is a large hemodialysis program with high acuity patients. 12 bays in the acute room, provide 1:1 ICU care. Acute room staffing is typically 1RN:2patients, ICU care 1:1. hours must be flexible, acute program may require more than 12 hrs to work depending on patient population Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) NO RTO Restrictions: 5 days or less Floating: All candidates must be willing to float to other areas – even if that is another Integris facility, up to 75 miles. Do not sub unless the traveler is aware and willing to float 1 Submittal allowed per traveler to ALL Integris campuses Any gaps in traveler’s profile (3 months or more) REQUIRE an explanation listed in the work history- otherwise this will be kicked back to be corrected Traveler must have a minimum of 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as an employee to be eligible for submission In addition to a valid driver's license, you MUST include a utility bill in your application. The bill must be in your name & match the address on your driver's license (and issued within the last 3 months). No block scheduling requests & no holiday RTO will be approved. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.
