Travel (RN) - MDS Coordinator

• 12 months of MDS Coordinator experience is required. Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >80 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Guaranteed hours: 40 Must be willing to work the floor when staffing gap arises Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Knowledge of the RAI/ MDS process Must be certified through AANAC as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) within 6 months Must have LTC MDS coordinator experience 2 references from last 24 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
