**Experience:• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.
Guaranteed Hour: 36
Floating: ED Holding (PCU or below acuity) or Auburn
Community hospital with 36 PCU beds and 12 MedSurg TELE beds all on 1 unit, potential for 12 more
Patient Ratios: based on acuity
Patient Types: DKA (no insulin gtts), Sepsis, COPD. PNA, continual BiPap, General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Stroke, CIWA, ortho: currently only doing shoulder surgeries; NO dialysis or active MI
Skills required: Cardiac interpretation, Cardizem and Heparin gtts, CIWA, Amiodarone and nitro drips (preferred), chest tubes
Scrubs: Navy or Royal Blue Scrubs (or royal blue top and black pants)
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
