**Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience:• 24 months of Wound / Ostomy Care experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Guaranteed Hours: 40.
Schedule: Mon-Fri.
All RNs in the WOC Nurse role need CWON(R) or CWOCN(R) certifications
Must have wound care certification. Ostomy is optional.
2 references from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Driver's license required for submission
Certifications:

• CWCN (Certified Wound Care Nurse)
