What We Do / Project Summary:
The Senior Designer, PD leads product and creative strategy, overseeing product submissions for brand, character, and product integrity in line with franchise guidelines. This role manages product and graphic design, trend research, pitches, and presentations to support licensees and guide creative direction for key product categories.
Responsibilities:
- Set creative and product direction, translating IP into market-relevant designs while ensuring franchise consistency.
- Create trend boards, POV boards, and presentations for licensees and retail partners.
- Oversee product development from concept to final approval, ensuring alignment with creative strategy, market trends, and category goals.
- Manage product feedback and approvals using the designated approval platform, providing clear, actionable feedback and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate closely with global creative, category, and franchise teams, providing creative guidance to licensees and supporting brainstorms and workshops.
- Stay current on market trends, franchise positioning, and competitive products.
Tools & Skills:
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and MS Office skills.
