IT Administrator
The IT Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
The IT Infrastructure role is an administrative role and a full-time position. The role will typically operate 5 days a week between 8AM and 5PM. Project demands may also require overtime. This role reports to the CIO.
Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include managing and directing the company’s information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service. This position will provide technical support for 24/7 operations.
- Schedule, organize, and assign IT projects.
- Lead development and implementation processes for the organization’s IT systems and department.
- Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
- Establish efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
- Analyze IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
- Oversee security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
- Facilitate IT security audits or investigations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Essential Functions
- Works closely with Contact Center management to identify and implement complex business requirements and processes. Documents, tests, implements, and provides on-going support.
- Provide performance engineering and optimization, knowledge transfer and mentoring
- Troubleshoot system issues directly with users to resolve reported trouble
- Diagnose and resolve hardward, software, and network, and telephony issues
- Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize work, and adapt during pressured situations
- Dynamic, energetic, motivated, positive outlook
Qualifications
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and customer support duties
- Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and management skills
- Thorough understanding of IT and practical applications to support the company’s goals
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar environment
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a contact center environment
